My Ride K-12

My Ride K-12 Mobile App

My Ride K-12 provides quick and secure access to your student's bus schedule/routing information, which can include the bus stop, route, and bus number.

This program can be accessed on the web or through the mobile app. The app is free to download and use.

Parents/guardians will need to use their student's Student ID# and student's Date of Birth (YYYY-MM-DD) to add their student to the app.

Getting Started with Your Mobile Device

To access student routing information through the Traversa Ride 360 mobile app, do the following:

  • Download “My Ride K-12” from the Apple IOS Store or Google Play Store.
     
  • After the app installation is complete, open My Ride K-12.
     
  • When you’re asked to find your school district, search for RICHLAND COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT ONE.
     
  • Once your district is selected, you’ll be prompted to login. If you don’t already have a login, click ‘Register’.
     
  • To register, enter your email address, create your password and username.
     
  • After this step, you’ll receive an email confirmation. The provided link will require you to confirm your registration through the Ride 360 website.
     
  • Login, and then add your child by going to My Students and choosing the + button. This will present the Find a Student screen.
     
  • Enter the required fields: Student's Student ID (request from school) and Date of Birth {Ex: YYYY-MM-DD}. (You may repeat this step to find your other students.)
     
  • When all students are added, you can then view transportation information for each of your students.
     
  • Press the Share button to share a student link with someone else.
     
  • Enter the email of the person you would like to share with. That person will receive a confirmation email that will automatically link them to the shared student(s). Recipients must register with My Ride K-12, if they have not already done so, to access the student information.
     
  • Regularly check for updates to ensure that your device is running the latest version of the app.

NOTE: You must stay logged into the App to Receive Push Notifications

BUSES THAT ARE UNAVAILABLE THROUGH THE APP

This service will only be available for state school buses/routes. Richland One district programs/buses (such as magnet choice programs, Heyward Career and Technology Center and ESOL programs) will not have this service available at this time.
